Apparel Returns/ Exchanges - APPLIES TO ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for store credit or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must be unworn, unwashed, scent free, with original tags attached on them.
- If you need to exchange an item or return for store credit please email us at maywoodboutique@gmail.com and we will issue a return label via email.
***Returns after 15 days will not be accepted and will be sent back to owner at owners expense.
Non-Returnable Items - The following items are not available for return
Accessories: Jewelry, hats, and handbags.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Sale Items
Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and you will receive an email with a store credit code to use in the future with no expiration date.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned for store credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned.
